Pest control marketing specialists

Your competitor isn’t better.
He’s just easier to find.

We build the Google presence that gets a homeowner with termites to call you instead — search rankings, Google Business Profile, ads and a website that actually books the job.

Free written report. No contract, no pitch deck, no “digital ecosystem.”

What we handle

Six things that decide who gets the call

When someone finds droppings in the pantry at 9pm, they search, they scan the map, and they contact one of the first three companies. Everything below exists to make that company yours.

Google Business Profile

The map pack is where the emergency jobs live. We optimise your profile, fix the service areas, build out categories and services, and keep it out of suspension.

Local SEO

A service page for each pest and a location page for each town you cover — so you rank for “termite inspection [city]”, not just your company name.

Websites that book

Fast, mobile-first, quote form above the fold, pricing signals that filter out the tyre-kickers before they reach your inbox. Built to convert, not to win awards.

Google Ads & LSAs

Tight campaigns around high-intent pests, negative keywords so you stop paying for “DIY bed bug spray”, and Local Services Ads set up so you only pay for real leads.

Reviews & listings

An automated ask after every completed job, plus consistent name, address and phone across the directories Google cross-checks before it ranks you.

Tracking & reporting

Every enquiry tagged to the channel that produced it. One monthly report in plain English: leads, cost per lead, what we changed and why.

Our approach

What generic agencies get wrong

Pest control doesn’t behave like the industries most agencies are set up for. Four things they miss, every time.

01 — Seasonality

Demand spikes, and it won’t wait

Termite swarms in spring. Wasps and mosquitoes through summer. Rodents the week the weather turns. An agency running a flat twelve-month budget burns money in the quiet months and runs dry exactly when the phone should be ringing.

We shape budget and content around your calendar, and build the seasonal pages months before anyone searches for them.

02 — Lifetime value

The plan is worth more than the job

A one-off wasp nest is revenue. A quarterly plan is an annuity. Campaigns optimised for the cheapest possible click bring you one-and-done callers who never renew.

We aim the spend at the searches that turn into recurring accounts, then measure it that way — cost per plan signed, not cost per click.

03 — Google’s rules

You’re a service-area business

Most pest control operators work out of a truck and a yard, not a shopfront. Google treats that category differently: hidden addresses, tight radius rules, and suspensions that arrive with no warning and no explanation.

We set the profile up the way Google expects it, and handle reinstatement when it goes sideways.

04 — Buyer mindset

They’re panicking, not shopping

Someone who just found a bed bug is not comparing three quotes and reading your About page. They want to know you can come out, and soon.

Which means speed, obvious next steps, availability messaging and recent reviews beat a beautiful portfolio every single time.

Why us

Three reasons owners stay

Pest control is our specialty

Most agencies spread themselves across a dozen industries and learn yours on your budget. We built our playbook around pest control, so the strategy arrives already knowing how your year, your margins and your customers work.

One company per service area

We won’t take on your competitor down the road while we’re working for you. When your city is spoken for, it’s spoken for.

You own everything

Your domain, your website, your Google account, your ad account, your lead data. If you ever leave, you walk out with all of it. No hostage situations.

How it works

Inspect. Treat. Maintain.

The same way you’d handle a property. We don’t sell a treatment before we’ve looked under the house.

1

The inspection

Send us your details and we’ll write up your rankings, Google profile, website speed, ad spend and where your leads are leaking. Yours to keep either way.

Week 1 · Free

2

The treatment plan

A fixed scope with a fixed price for the first 90 days. You see exactly what gets built, in what order, and what a realistic outcome looks like before you pay anything.

Weeks 2–12

3

Ongoing service

Monthly work and monthly reporting. Rankings compound, ads get tightened, and you keep the pipeline full through the slow months.

Questions

Straight answers

Anything not covered here, ask us in the form. We’d rather lose the deal than oversell it.

How long before I see more enquiries?

Google Ads and Local Services Ads can produce leads within days of going live. SEO is slower — expect early movement in the map pack around 60–90 days and meaningful organic volume from month four to six, depending on how competitive your area is and what shape your site is in now.

If someone promises page one in 30 days, they’re either running ads and calling it SEO, or they’re guessing.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your service area, how many competitors are actively investing, and how much needs rebuilding. A single-city operator and a company covering four counties are not the same job.

What we can tell you up front: we quote a fixed monthly figure with no setup fee buried in it, ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google, and we’ll tell you in the inspection if your market doesn’t have the search volume to justify the investment.

Should I start with SEO or Google Ads?

If you need work this month, ads. If you want a lead source that keeps producing without a daily budget, SEO. Most owners run ads to cover the gap while the SEO work matures, then dial the ad spend back once organic is carrying its share.

If your budget only stretches to one, we’ll tell you which one based on your market rather than which one earns us more.

Do you work with companies outside the United States?

Yes. Most of our work is in the US, but the mechanics of local search are the same anywhere Google is the default search engine. We take clients in the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

We work in your time zone for the monthly reviews, quote in your currency, and the one-company-per-service-area rule applies regardless of country.

Do you only work with pest control companies?

Pest control is what we specialise in and where our playbook is sharpest, so it’s the majority of our work. But the same fundamentals — map pack visibility, service-area setup, seasonal demand, emergency intent — apply across most home service trades.

If you run a related business and want to know whether we’re the right fit, send us the details and we’ll give you a straight yes or no.

My Google Business Profile got suspended. Can you help?

Yes, and it’s common in this industry because most operators are service-area businesses without a storefront. We handle the reinstatement request and then fix the underlying causes — address setup, category conflicts, service area configuration, duplicate listings — so it doesn’t happen again.

Be aware that reinstatement timelines are set by Google, not us. Some come back in days, some take weeks.

Do I have to replace my website?

Not always. If it’s reasonably fast and we can edit the page structure, we’ll work with it and spend your budget on rankings instead.

If it’s a locked builder template that can’t be edited properly or takes five seconds to load on a phone, we’ll say so and quote the rebuild separately rather than pouring SEO budget into a site that can’t rank.

I’m already locked into an agency contract.

Send us the agreement and we’ll tell you what your notice period actually is — most are shorter than owners think, and a lot of them roll month to month after the first term.

Either way, take the free inspection now so you know what you’re dealing with when the contract ends. No point rushing out of one bad deal into another.

What happens after I send the form?

Your details come straight to us. We run the inspection on your website, your Google profile and your current rankings, then email you the written report — usually within one to two business days.

The report is yours whether you hire us or not. If you want to go through it together, reply and we’ll set up a time. If you don’t, we won’t chase you.
